Sea Summit & Outlets at San Clemente
Shopping & Dining with ocean views
Just across the bridge, the Outlets at San Clemente will perfectly solidify this area as a true destination for San Clemente natives and visitors. Combining the beauty of San Clemente with the upscale outlet center shopping provided by the Outlets at San Clemente, the Marblehead development will give Orange County and visitors one of the most well-designed shopping, dining, and exercising spots in Southern California. Outlet center visitors will only have a short walk across the bridge before they reach the twisty trails and amazing views of Sea Summit.
Best Views of San Clemente & Dana Point
Sea Summit trails weave along the small canyon that separates the two sections of the Marblehead area. The canyon provides a great view when getting started on the trailhead just off of the main bridge near the Outlets at San Clemente. Walking the pathways near the canyon, visitors will soon approach the hillside that overlooks the Pacific Coast Highway where the best views of the tail await. To the north you get amazing vistas of Dana Point coastline. Views of ocean-goers and boats riddling the water will be spectacular in the summer months. Westward, beneath the perimeter of the trails, awaits the narrow strip of beaches and coastline along the Pacific Coast Highway just north of Agenda Pico. Day or night it will be something special for visitors to photograph and take in.
Towards the south visitors will get one of the best views of the San Clemente Pier in the city. The plateau provides a great view of the coastline near North Beach as it stretches south towards the pier. As always you get to enjoy the spotted surfers waiting for the next wave. Southernmost trails in Sea Summit connect via stairway down towards the bus stop at El Camino Real and Avenida Pico providing access to North Beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. The connection across El Camino Real will make access to the Outlets, Sea Summit, and housing developments easy for pedestrians and bikers willing to walk up the stairs.
